Ask a House Leader: What should I do if my house needs restocking?

At Outpost, your house leader is someone you’re going to want to get to know very well. They’re your main connection to the company and will be there for you if you have questions about Outpost or if you need help with anything. Our house leaders are vital to Outpost and their wells of knowledge run deep. As part of our Ask a House Leader series, here’s an answer to one recent question for them:
Q: What should I do if my apartment runs out of something like paper towels or soap?
A: One of the super convenient things about living at Outpost is that membership is all-inclusive: We don’t have to worry about keeping track of whether we have enough laundry detergent for the coming weekend or whether our toilet paper will last us until our next grocery shopping trip.
That said, it’s good to know what Outpost provides and regularly restocks:
- Olive oil
- Coffee and tea
- Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Shampoo and body wash
- Hand and dish soap
- Laundry detergent
- Paper towels and toilet paper
- Cleaning supplies
- Printer paper and ink
You usually won’t have to worry about being out of anything on that list because our cleaning team checks every apartment on for things that could be running low and restocks them if necessary.
If you do find yourself in need of one of the above items and it’s not cleaning day, the best thing to do is get in touch with … drum roll … your house leader! Part of our role is making sure Outpost houses stay in tip-top shape between our once- or twice-weekly cleanings, and that includes restocking items we’re running low on.
As always, you can reach us via your house’s Facebook messenger group, or, obviously, you’re welcome to tell us in person the next time you see us around.
